P4p literally means pound for pound, as in, if everyone was in the same weight class, who would beat who.

In other words, if Canelo and Loma were natural welterweights (not drained or ballooned up respectively), would they be able to defeat Crawford. It's who has the better skills in head to head or who beats everyone in head to head.

      It's not a resume competition.

Yes, resume is considered, but it ends there, it's not a determining factor, more of an influential factor.
      Who you beat matters.

I'd love to see him against a good "taller" guy.

Barring any future dumb costume excuses, a prepared limited Wilder will still give Fury hell....Right now no one else is coming to mind, but I'm sure someone will....Spence is very good with a mind thats even better than his skill set, but he needs 'more skilz' to deal with the guys I've already mentioned. But like I said, his thinking might will him through to a win against the best of them (if they all were in the same weight class, that is)...

Is that why he doesn't want to fight porter?

We are all entitiled to our own opinion fair enough. i just dont know who Crawford has fought thats good enough for you to even think he would "steamroll" someone as skilled and seasoned as Canelo but you are right, we'll never know.

This is an open public betrayal by Floyd against Haymon and Spence. This indicates all is not well in the Floyd Haymon relationship.

Because Haymon does not tolerate his puppets saying anything remotely negative about his key assets. For example, Malignaggi being banned from Wilder fights and almost losing his job for merely saying he thought Fury beat Wilder in the first fight.

You can be sure Floyd and Haymon are not seeing eye to eye right now for Floyd to openly defy his master and chief protector.

My guess: Haymon wants Pac vs Floyd 2. Floyd does not because despite the profits it's too high risk of being a KO loss.
