Kownacki can definitely come back well but I feel he doesn't realise his shortcomings at the moment. You got to be realistic about what went wrong in order to chnage things

Kownacki does not understand, that if he really wants to be back onto the winning path he must change his style and must absorb some superior boxing technique. I am afraid either it is not possible or even if it is, he will lose 50% of his winning abilities. The only one chance for Adam to be succesful with his style and his age was to KO guys like Helenius and further various Wilders and Joshuas in 1st or 2nd round max -- which wouldn't be possible because 1) Adam has heavy hands but he is more a volume puncher and 2) these fighters are much better and lnow how to survive even if Adam could dominate in the rounds 1 and 2 but without a KO.

I am sorry, VERY SORRY, but that's the sad truth.

Of course he can come back but he will probably never be more than he was. A very entertaining B level heavy with almost no chance of winning a meaningful title. There is not a thing wrong with that.
