True, I expect a safety first Joshua in the early rounds. Then him the testing the waters a little in the later rounds.

However, if he feels that Pulev is still too strong then I could easily see him boxing to a unanimous decision. I see him taking fewer risks and chances than usual.

I think (hope) the Ruiz Jr. rematch was just a one off. Pulev is a bit taller and considerably slower than Ruiz Jr. so I expect the tactic to be the same as what they had against Povetkin; stay at range, keep going to the body then bring the right hands and left hooks up top. Pulev will more than likely fancy his chances since AJs loss so I don’t see it reaching the later rounds.

Well he was supposed to fight Pulev instead of Ruiz last year but Pulev pulled out over injury to insult. Then Joshua got assaulted by Ruiz.
