Ok, well I’ll assume the reason you were falling in face first and literally jumping off the ground to dig hooks to the body was cuz you were just trying to hit the bag as hard as you possibly could...otherwise your technique is perfect. Makes sense for someone with a broken hand to be doing at the end of a 2hr power punch workout.
