He was 150.5 lbs on the one day weigh in and 150lbs on fight night compared to Alvarez's 165lbs on fight night.

He had an age disadvantage of 13 years too as Alvarez was 23 years old compared to Floyd's 36 years old.

But you don't want to talk about that do you?
Age is irrelevant. Fighters age differently. Look at Hopkins. Also Floyd was considered p4p #1 at the time. And everyone new Alvarez was too green. Now, would you be for Mayweather fighting McGregor in the octagon? And To be honest I’d rather he fight Crawford instead of these mismatches. Or go up and fight Alvarez at 160 lbs. cuz if I remember correctly he said GGG would be easy work at 160. But If it’s money he’s after. Alvarez is the biggest fight he can make. But he’d be at a huge disadvantage at 160.

So what is Mayweather going to prove fighting McGregor again? Do the same amount of fans buy it again? What about Khabib? That guy can’t sell pressers.

Did I miss something? Does this include an Octagon appearance?

You want a 43/44 year old retired fighter who has never weighed in above 150lbs to move up to 160lbs to fight a 29 year old active fighter who recently fought at 175lbs?

Lol, my friend, you are quite a tad bit out of your mind aren't you? What Floyd do to you, he hump your mama? Your sister perhaps?

Don’t get you’re panties in a bunch lol. Seems like You’re a Mayweather dic rider lol. The guy wants to fight mma fighters with Zero experience in an official boxing match and you’re all for it. He’s should just stay stay retired. But like I said if it’s he’s implying that he’s after money fights. Then a fight against Alvarez is the biggest fight to make

yeah well kids today do skull breaker challengers and lick ice cream and put it back in the store freezer, so kids today are pretty deficient in the mental capacity, I can only assume that deficit is going to be exploited by easier and lazier means.

If he fight pacquiao and Canelo on the same day he won’t get $600m.

Max he gets is about $150m. But even that is huge money.

According to Forbes, Mayweather made $275million, McGregor made $85million.

Sure cable companies take this, and promoters take that, but if you want a guy who generates as much money as Floyd does you have to make certain accommodations in his contract for his appearances. He probably doesn’t make a gross pay of $300 million of course, no one makes what you see they reported they made. But I do believe that for Floyd to come back and fight, especially 2015 and on, he most likely makes sure that he is contractually obligated to earn a certain amount of money and plus a certain amount of more money depending on how many PPV’s are sold beyond a certain amount. Not to mention a cut of the gate revenue, a cut of the merchandise sold, a cut of the site fee, and a cut of the international rights to the fight.

There’s plenty of different revenue streams to get Floyd his guarantee plus his upside money.

Someone will have to be operating at a loss. Would it be the networks? I don’t know, but someone will lose money. I believe Forbes numbers are true and that makes $360 million split between Mayweather and McGregor which I think sounds feasible. Now what Conor paid to White or what Mayweather paid to Haymon, or what the fighters paid to their corners, that’s nonsense. That shouldn’t even be mentioned, everyone knows part of a fighters earnings have to be given to several people in their camp.

No one really takes that into account when talking about earnings. That’s like me saying I make $70k a year, and then someone saying “no you don’t, you have to pay taxes, your rent, electricity, water, internet bill, cell phone bill, car, car insurance, student loans, food, gas money, so you make considerably less than $70k stop lying!”.

                Stopped reading at "Forbes said."

I heard the guaranteed purse was 100 million for Floyd and 30 million for Connor.. It was a 70/30 split on the back-end. The back-end is the available revenue left after the cable distributors take their 45 to 55 percent cut..

You're a fool if you think that.

Lol, the clear and obvious Canelo Rick Rider is calling me a **** rider. Perhaps you should take a very good look in the mirror and remove the log in your eye before you try to remove the speck in mine.

Ps. Canelo wasn't green when he fought Floyd. He had only four less pro fights than Floyd, was a world champion, and had beating previously unbeaten Austin no doubt Trout in scintillating fashion, right after Trout schooled Cotto too. He had beaten the man who beat the man, but got schooled by the main man.

Get over it. It happened and no amount of lame excuses will change that.
