Ggg is the diva who as usual wanted to call Canelo a cheat & act as if he didn't want to fight him,yet ducked Saunders/Deryev/undisputed & vacated his belt because:"Deryev is too tough,I deserve mo money fo him,me no want no smoke", despite BJS already having agreed to fight in Kazakhstan ffs,& despite ggg being "no business man,me fight fo belts,mi dweam iz to be undissputed,I respect Boxing unlike Canelo who ducks mandos,me fight fo honor thats why won't budge 1 lb to fight cotto/Canelo (then he fought rolls at a cw)"

I think he is clearly a bit biased and going a bit overboard...but overall his points are sound.

At the time, Smith looked like a guy who could KO Canelo, so it was a risky fight.

After Ryder, a poor man's Canelo, Smith looked very very vulnerable...the point about circling 3 divisions looking for an easy scalp, vs facing the best guys at one division is a good point.

Canelo is a great fighter...but fighting a guy at home, possibly with weight advantages...I mean what is there to get excited about.

Like in my wildest imagination...if GGG popped for steroids a month or two before a fight with Canelo...and got suspended 6 months...and Canelo wanted to take on a decent name fighter to save the date.

Like I just couldn't imagine getting pissed at Canelo for that lol...but hey do you man.

The usual ggg fan deflecting, just admit gggs past aura/soul & persona now reside next to his scalp on canelos mantle. No mo("runnin is for pssies,no mo "canelo should be sponsored by nike for running" no mo "black brotha style fo pssies,no mo me mexican style,no mo me mexican, etc.,ggg now is all about "me no gennady no mo,he was killed by Canelo,me now gennadiy the punchcard slick brotha robot")

Smith has reached the end of the line at 168, he looked emaciated against Ryder. He really should be fighting at 175. Imagine Smith with a weight clause when he is already having trouble.

Smith wants to be ibf champ,& chooses to fight at smw to gain an advantage (he was the boogieman to you before, now hes someone whos a starving poor baby, its ALWAYS the tiny mexican bullies fault,he shouldn't be so mean as to slow fighters down from bloating to 200lbs + on their giant hw frame) despite you in yrs past claiming Canelo was a giant weight bully who rehydrated too much) cant make this sht up & relied on massive post weigh in rehydration according to you haters(yes you're a hater admit it)
