“Professional athletes will volunteer to be subject to unannounced testing at any time during the eight weeks prior to a scheduled fight. As in the Olympic program, an agreement to participate will require fighters to officially inform us of their daily whereabouts, so that they can be tested per the program.”

    From the VADA website.
That's a complete spin by VADA. Let me ask you a question then. Who fits the bill for this testing? The sanctioning bodies through its sanctioning fees or does it comes out of the fighters own pockets?

And someone please make sure to select a ref that knows all of Tyson's dirty tricks in the ring, palming is illegal. Headlocks are illegal, rabbit-punching is illegal, wrestling is forbidden, hitting and holding is a violation too. Check Fury's gloves please.

I cant believe this bums luck, Jack Reiss, Tony Weeks and then Kenny Bayless either failed to see all the rules being broken or were in on the fix.

Fury did say he was going to slap him around the ring

I'm not gonna disagree with that he fell into his own downward spiral believing in his own hype and suffered for it. He's not the first to do it nor will he be the last but a loss to a very gifted fighter doesn't make you a bum or worthless. Wilder has a chance now to prove he has what it takes to come back from a devastating loss. I believe he can even if he loses to Fury again I think he can prove he belongs right beside the greats of this era.

And let’s have it right, what made him be considered a top tier fighter? His punch power, that’s literally it lol I find it hard to call a guy that literally only has a big right hand in his repertoire as a top tier fighter.

At least Foreman had a better punch variety. Larry Holmes had a killer jab and could move. Both Klitschkos had top notch fundamentals. Lewis was an awesome boxer. AJ has actual boxing ability. In 20 years I guarantee Wilder will not be considered a great champion, just a great puncher.
Your proving my point with your last line. In 20 years people will still be talking about him and probably years after last. His strong point which is 1 punch knockouts will be discussed along side of all his weaknesses.

It’s not a complete spin lol it’s their modus operandi. The WBC pays for all the testing. There’s plenty of articles out there that give details on the clean boxers program. And as the program is a partnership between the WBC and VADA, I’d presume they get a hefty discount. So it won’t be like AJ forking our 70k or whatever it is for all of his fights.

Interesting that he only sees himself as having two more fights - which sounded like Wilder and Joshua, then as he said 'hopefully sailing off into the sunset'.
Well let's all hope and pray he doesn't relapse. I also hope he demolishes Wilder again as a Wilder win would just muddy the waters in the heavyweight division. Wilder should have passed on the rematch and just waited to fight the winner of Fury vs Joshua. If Wilder loses against Fury again, I think we may never never get to see Wilder vs Joshua

This thread is filled with negative-critical-belligerent-airheads. Its futile to try to prove a point with unreasonable halfwits.
