Damn, too bad DAZN wasn’t able to move this for May when DAZN Argentina arrives. Means DAZN Brazil vs Argentina numbers. I guess they couldn’t move the venue a week later

Castano is a good fighter and at first glance I'd favor him. Teixeira is a scrappy dude tho; he throws a ton of punches and has some power. I kinda discounted him after the Stevens debacle but that was a while ago and Stevens can catch alot of guys early with that power.

Teixeira impressed me with that gutsy win over Adames (who was brought in to blast the Brazilian out).

Against Stevens that was at 160 and yet today at 154 Texeira looks bigger in muscle. It means that Patrick has aged with more muscle definition and draining to make 154. I think nowadays Patrick is more heavy handed at 154 than 160 even though he’s losing power because of the drain.

This about sums up that fight for me.
He basically subdued Adames down the stretch.

If you cannot get rid of Teixeira early, get ready for a long punishing night.

Too bad that in his first defense of the belt he is in what looks like a 50/50 fight in which most think he loses.

Very true and easy to forget when one just casually looks over the record.
