Higher expectations for bigger investments. Besides, Eddie is an excellent salesman and he sold GGG's Shermeta fight given how quick IBF is to untie the belt of its champion's waste. Unlike WBC might I add, who welds its green leather to the bones. And then nails it.

Amen. Canelo is DAZN's biggest star and the main reason people sign up to DAZN yet that refuse to give him the respect he has earned. All the while GGG, Andrade, Saunders get free passes when it comes to the lack of quality opponents they are willing to face. Really just what the hell do they want. They only want to fight bums, then Canelo gives them a winning lottery ticket and then they refuse saying they deserve more.

Neither Andrade, GGG, or Saunders are worth more $2 or $3 million. GGG's stock has actually gone way down considering how he was beaten to a pulp and given a gift in his last fight. Saunders looked awful in his last fight and on that particular card he was subservient to a youtube podcaster so how do such facts entitle him to $6 million or more, he is not even worth $6 million, maybe $1.5 tops.

I just think it's so funny how much the Canelo fan girls omit from reality.

Canelos opponents arent the only ones overpaid. He
is massively overpaid and clearly doesnt bring that A side.

All of Canelos big fights were big because of who he was fighting. Mayweather? Cotto? He was not the A side at all. GGG? GGG himself isn't that big but him and Canelo together is a bigger sum than the parts.

Everyone waited YEARS to see that fight and Canelo did his best to wait him out.

        Canelo vs Fielding? Flop.
        Canelo vs Jacob's? Flop.
        Canelo vs Kovalev? Flop.

All had weight clauses and all those fights were not worth the 35+ million spent on each one. If Canelo wasnt signed to DAZN he wouldnt even touch what hes making now and its not even close.

Hey, if you think that middleweights should be forced to drain down to some made up weight to fight for the title that has a 160 pound limit, then that's fine. But you're not a fan of the sport, you're a fan of a fighter.
I can say the same about forcing guys up in weight but you don’t want to hear that.

This guy wanted 17 year old Canelo to fight 26 year old prime GGG.

Yeah go suk that GGGood DiC hypocrite

GGG fans are so FKN ******!! They say Canelo ducked PRIME GGG. Dumb ***S don’t realize they BOTH can’t be prime at the same time.

Canelo fought GgG when he was ranked P4P #1. And the ****** ***S all took GgG by brutal KO. Now their p@ssies are sore and need it constantly massaged

I don't think anyone is saying that Canelo is ducking Golovkin in May 2020 they're saying he's ducked Golovkin from 2016-2019

So I guess they can have it both ways.

that is a ret4rded fanboy assessment

the only reason why two prior negotiations died, is because Bullshltkin was unwilling to be a man of his word

Golovkin: Would Fight Ward at 168 and Canelo at 154...

FACT: Bullshltkin was willing to fight Rosado at catchweight, but not Canelo

FACT: Bullshltkin could have taken that fight whenever he wanted

FACT: it is absurd to expect the superstar Canelo, to hand the non-superstar Golovkin, any kind of advantage
