I don't think he's lying about the costume. I think Wilder genuinely believes that the costume weakened him. I think he also genuinely believes that Breland got mind-controlled by Anthony Dirrell and that Fury might have been wearing some funky gloves. Wilder's ego, his entire identity is based on him believing that he was the best. He is simply incapable of acknowledging (to the public at least) that he got his ass handed to him by the better man, even though, deep-down, he must realize this by now.

I like Wilder, but I don't think I qualify as a "Wilderlite." I actually picked Fury TKO9 Wilder. I still favor Wilder over AJ though. Not sure if that makes me a Wilderlite.

Joshua beats wilder, wilder has beat bums and lost to Fury

Lol I can say I’m an AJ fan and prior till last Saturday it was a toss up for me between wilder and AJ. The way Fury took him out is the way I envisioned AJ being victorious but AJ is susceptible to that right hand and if he lands it’s goodnight Vienna. However, seeing how non existent Wilder’s defence is he is as stiff as AJ but without the potent left hook, the cheeky uppercut, the more potent jab and the more telling combinations


More than any fighter I love money so if I’m not willing to bet it’s because I’m not confident on anyone. The fact I’m willing to bet on AJ against Wilder and put my money where my mouth is not that AJ has impressed me of late as he has probably come down in every boxing fans estimation it’s just Wilder is jus shockingly so bad. Wilder's camp knew AJ coud very well expose Wilder but they never thought Fury had a chance and that's why the Fury for relative peanuts took place.
