the only variable here (and it's a big one) is the effect Fury had on wilder
You forget AJ has survived fire fights beaten better much better opponnents than Ruiz who was only succesful because he had faster short range combinations and landed a fight changing punch.

Wilder can't throw more than 1-2 and clams up when he comes under fire, probably so he can plan his excuses.

I'm interested in seeing how AJ fights against Pulev. As it stands now, AJ lost his nerve to stand inside, and if that's the case, Wilder will smoke him with that right hand. If he can't crowd The Bronze Bomber, it's a wrap for Joshua.

After Fury embarrasses that one trick phony again, he'll be lucky to fight on AJ's undercards.

Pressure Wilder and he will fold like a cheap tent everytime.
          The secret has been exposed.

Wilder still has a deadly right hand but not much else, not much of a regular jab, few combinations. Fury was outstanding and has been underrated. Who has Wilder really beaten besides an old Ortiz who is quite good, and scored two knockdowns against a rusty Fury in the first fight? He's cashing out on one more fight, and if he likely loses to Fury again, he's already set for life financially, even now.

I guess Eddie blocked the Andy L outta his mind.

Saying AJ would butcher anyone with Wilder's power is courting the desire to look like a dumb ass. AJ could definitely win don't get me wrong, but that level of confidence in a 50/50 fight is silly & merely the job of a promoter more than I believe that Eddie believes that.

The night AJ vs Wilder happens, even if Wilder gots a quicker KO loss to Fury in their 3rd fight, Eddie will be sweating balls at the fact one punch by Wilder could end the night. And that's perfectly understandable. Wilder is ALWAYS going to be dangerous for ANYONE with his concussive power that can end a fight on a dime even if Fury showed everyone the blueprint on how to handle him.

I would pick Joshua to beat wilder up

Would be a great fight anyway so why not make it happen even if wilder has no belts

I’m thinking wilder will retire if he gets plastered again by fury though

                    Once AJ lands, it's over.

Wilder is a bum. When you get beaten to a pulp by a featherfisted Fury, they need to hide you from everyone with a semblance of power like they have done throughout your career.

Wilder is damaged goods and the fight is never gonna happen. I don't see Josh giving him a chance to make big money unless he takes 10% of the money.

Reality = Wilder: lost 10 rounds to Fury the first fight and lost every round the 2nd fight before getting stopped.
Wilder Fan Boys and the Media = Wilder is the hardest puncher of all time and an ATG

Fury will destroy Wilder again and Wilder will need another 2 years fighting tomato cans to rebuild another false narrative for a big fight.
