Fury is a CHEATER. And by the fact he pretended he isn't that proves NOTHING can fix this, he is a cheater forever.

As for Gloves, that video (being from the first fight) shows that those are rigged.

To me, that's strong evidence that it wasn't down to deliberate cheating. They both tested positive for trace amounts of the same substance, in their urine but not in their blood - which is consistent with contamination - in tests taken on the same day.

They were training together, eating together, using the same supplements ... but using the same PED, at the same time?

They weren't fighting on the same date, so why would they do that?

And why did UKAD wait 16 months before notifying them that they had a problem?

No the real question is, why would UKAD still push for a 2 year backdated ban, rather than treat the situation like Whyte and why would Fury accept it, as he had all the "evidence" to suggest he was not guilty and UKAD were in no financial position to pursue. Its also naive to believe boxers would ONLY use PED's when preparing for a fight. Thats just when they tend to be tested more.

UKAD had something else on Fury, something he couldn't deny because he admitted himself that it happened. After charging Tyson and Hughie, UKAD went to the Fury gym to test them again. Tyson Fury abused the UKAD team and refused to give them any more samples. So UKAD charged him with refusing to be tested, which carries an automatic 2 year suspension, as well as the original nandrolone charge.

UKAD did a deal with Fury to withdraw that second charge, in return for Team Fury dropping the law suite they started against UKAD for defamation, and accepting a backdated ban on the nandrolone charge without the case being heard by the National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP)

UKAD needed them to accept the backdated ban, and they needed the case not to be heard by the tribunal, so that they couldn't be sued over it at any time in the future.

There's a reason why UKAD repeatedly stalled and asked for postponements to prevent the evidence from going in front of the NAPD. They knew their case would have been thrown out, because the evidence they had didn't stack up. Why else would the NAPD have ordered them to lift their provisional suspension of the Fury's after looking at that evidence at an earlier hearing?
