I don't know how much Wilder would be willing to change his style once he knows he'd come off looking like he'd be mimicking Floyds. Rugged individualism is the name of the game in this sport, no one wants to look anything like someone else - kinda like the rap game with bitin' styles - Sucker MC's.
I can't imagine Wilder tucking his chin doing the shoulder roll. And I can't see him using the whole ring to set up his offense. If anything Floyd Sr. could teach him a few tricks.... Oscar did well against Vargas and used the style very well, only to return to that rugged individualism thinking in future fights.....
Boxers don't own rights to "styles" - they're "allowed" to pick here & choose there (from past & present contemporaries) to be most effective....this is a dangerous game, so shifting the makeup of personal "style" is a way to preserve your dignity AND life. They need to see there's no shame in that.
Plus, no matter how much you borrow from "a" style, you'll totally be unable to look identical to someone else - even twins can't do that (Charlo twins). Its next to impossible...everyone'll still be unique...

You can't teach someone to ride a bicycle when that person doesn't know the concept of running away from his opponents. Why would Maywether try and take the courage away from a warrior like Wilder unless he is jealous. Do us all a favor and stop trying to spread your cowardness to others like an infection. Let Wilder keep his dignity and respect please.
