I don't think Luke Campbells ever beaten anybody above British level apart from Yvan Mendy who he is 1-1 with and a far cry from world level.

Another guy boiling down to fight guys he has a big size advantage over and still he can't cut it.

Vargas might not be the best but he'll weed out any pretenders - your Luke Campbells of the world. He's beaten lower end world level fighters and gave very tough fights to great ones. He sure wouldn't have any problems with a guy like Yvan Mendy.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if he fails a third world title bid and gets starched by Javier Fortuna.
