Let Fury Vs AJ unify the belts, then Wilder would get the guarantee a title shot for the undisputed champ.

That's what I expected - I thought Wilder could have had some leverage to negotiate a pretty solid deal for himself there. I don't know if this is spite or frustration or anything, but I do think it is perhaps a simpler path for Wilder, already negotiated, already basically in place.

The problem I have and have had with wilder for a while is that he is perhaps the most stubborn top level fighter I have ever seen. I never liked his horrendously bad habit of sitting, waiting, posing, and letting his opponent dictate the pace and outwork him. That seemed to set in after the duhapaus fight with Molina and Szpilka and it’s been a very bad habit ever since. Because of those bad habits I’ve noticed he had adopted even more such as pulling straight back rather than lateral head and foot movement. He looks terrible when he tries to reset. I honestly don’t think he can beat fury unless he fires his corner and brings in a new trainer who can drill the basics back into him and extremely fast. I like the idea of added weight because if not Fury will have 60-70lbs on him. But wilder has got to get back to doing hard road work, and I am talking wind sprints such as Holyfield used to do and what Caleb plant does. Wilder will HAVE to stop the bad habit of ducking in close, he will have to rediscover the left hook as a stand alone weapon in itself, and he MUST punch in combinations....not just the 1-2, but mix it up like a 1-1-3-2....4-3, etc.
In other words, wilder needs some real work and he’s going to have to open his stubborn mind.

Well what I do know is...That was Fury 1st time fighting like that! So the 2nd time will be more deadly for Wilder! Wilders ego and pride made him.accept the 3rd fight! He's going to put up a better showing,but get beat again!

there should be an addendum to the contract that the losing fighter gets a gag order imposed on them so we dont hear a bunch of silly excuses next time.......

It’s common knowledge that 3 days after a full moon is the worst time for black man to fight , Because the moons gravitational pull reacts with the dark skin pigment and I don’t know exactly what it does but it isn’t good.

And For you to act like Evian water isnt basically Flint Michigan Tap water in a bottle and causes an instant weakening of the legs is just plain ignorance on your part

Sure give credit to Fury for his skill or having the right strategy But We both know dealing with 1 of those is almost impossible but dealing with both of those valid reasons at the same time Wilder never stood a chance

I wanted Wilder to win because Im a PBC and Haymon fan. But lets be honest with ourselves, we all knew this was going to happen sooner or later. I was just hoping he was gonna knock AJ out first, which is still totally possible. I didnt even want him to take the second Fury fight because I suspected this may happen. Every single time I watch a Wilder fight I find myself screaming at the TV "WHY HAVE THEY NOT STOPPED HIM FROM THROWING THOSE WILD ASS PUNCHES" and "WHY DOES HE STILL HAVE CLUMSY FEET"? The third fight will probably be the same because he cant learn that much boxing in six months to match Fury's skills. Now with that being said....has the post fight drug report came out yet? Now Im not one to start rumors....but....How in the HOLY FUQ did Fury all of a sudden turn into the incredible hulk overnight? He has never been known as a come forward power puncher. His last fight with Otto Wallin he was getting manhandled. Wilder Fury I he couldnt take Wilder's power at all then in fight 2 Wilder's punches were just bouncing off Fury's face and the fact that Fury couldnt hurt him in the first fight then treats Wilder like a ragdoll in the next fight is also very questionable. And last thing, when a man licks the blood off another human being and swallows it, thats not CRAZY AND WILD like espn would have you believe, but that is psychotic. And one of the main causes of psychosis is substance abuse (*******, roids). Im just saying!

Wonder what the 60/40 entails--60/40 flat fee or if they're rolling the dice on PPV buys. Either way, I wonder if they have to temper expectations with the fighter purses for a 3rd fight. I dont see how they're going to outsell the 2nd fight after such a lopsided result.
