Fury VS AJ should be in the U.S.

    Hear me out.

This fight makes more financial and historical sense to stage it in the U.S., specifically Las Vegas. I don't care how many screaming Brits you can squeeze into a stadium over there, this fight will carry more historical significance if you stage it in the states. The Brits will travel to Vegas anyways and pack the house.

Fury has remained true to his nickname by traveling and conquering the US with his mega fights with Wilder. He's close to being a household name here and eclipsing Canelo as the biggest foreign boxer. AJ failed miserably but this is his shot at redemption and a win would propel him to global super stardom. Also, it's really in Fury's best interest to bring it here. I know he's from across the pond but it seems like Hearn would use all of his pull to favor everything in AJ's favor if they make it a domestic clash.

First off , I’m thinking Fury wouldn’t have it any other way
Secondly , AJ would really become a global star if everything promotion wise was done well
And yes it would be significantly bigger chit show being done in the states than having it in the UK
Now if we can get big Eddie on board lol , that’s gonna be as hard as getting this fight signed imo

If money is the major determinant, then Saudi Arabia is the most obvious venue.

I'd prefer Vegas to Saudi, but the UK is the most obvious venue in a sporting context.

No, it should be held in Wembley.

It would be a huge slap in the face to British boxing fans tho. They'd be holding the only fight in heavyweight history to unify all titles in the division, including lineal and ring, between two British hw's someplace not in Britian.

That's going to be the issue but luckily Fury is sitting pretty as the #1 Heavy with big pull from Arum/ESPN backing him up.

                No! lol

AJ-Ruiz II felt so cheap being held in Saudi. Like something from a bad 80's martial arts movie.

Why would it be more historical in Vegas? I'd say 90,000 fans in the UK would make it much more significant historically.
