You don’t get cuts from a punch to the ear since there’s no bone there. His eardrum popped, hence the bleeding and equilibrium issues he had. And it started bleeding in the second rd when his legs got jelly.
The last I heard, Wilder's coach said it was a small cut in his ear.
Where have you seen it confirmed as an eardrum damage?

He wasn’t wearing a earring. He just has those huge punk piercings. Also, the blood was coming from inside his ear.

That is not true. If we know anything about Deontay Wilder; It's that he is not a quitter. Win, lose or draw to Tyson Fury in the trilogy; He won't be retiring anytime soon. He said he won't be retiring until the age of 40. So I am going to take him on his word for that.

If he gets a prolonged beating in a third fight he might be forced to retire. It's possible, because Fury doesn't really have big KO power.

Well, if he gets seriously hurt then he won't have a choice but to retire. However and what I find so ironic is that even with the asswhooping he took from Tyson Fury he didn't so much as sustain a head or brain injury.

Nor did he receive any other type of neurological damage like a concussion which is nothing short of a miracle. He only went to the hospital to get stitched up and was cleared and released from the hospital the very next morning.

He wasn't even hurt. he was right. Ortiz does punches harder than Fury. As big as Tyson Fury was he should have seriously injured Wilder with amount of punishment he absorbed but he couldn't. I guess he is feather-fisted after all.

Yes, I think Wilder was as much gassed from being man-handled as actually badly hurt, although he was disorientated. But if Breland didn't throw the towel in, it could have been a career-ending beating. Breland won't do it next time.

Yes, he was more fatigue than hurt because Wilder's balance was absolutely terrible. He could hardly stand up from being so weak from Fury's weight bullying. It had to be because Wilder ate Fury's punches like skittles.

He didn't come anywhere near to putting Deontay away or finishing him. That's why I believe that Wilder would win the rematch. He took Fury's best and he still couldn't finish Wilder off but now I am more than confident that Wilder will finish him off.

Jack Reiss won't be the referee next time who saved Fury from a knockout loss in their first bout.
