Imagine it’s Summer 2018 in an alternate universe...

...where Fury never lost the weight, and Haymon and Hearn came to an agreement and Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder squared off — both undefeated — to unify all of the heavyweight championship belts.

    Who takes it?
How does the fight play out?

And how would the Heavyweight Division look today?

Wilder hitting air all night, loses every round, walks onto something big and gets stopped late

AJ outboxes him like Fury did, only when Wilder catches him AJ doesn't get up like Fury. wilder by late KO.Wilder is champ. Wilder gives up the WBO belt and AJ/Pulev fight for the vacant belt while wilder defends against Ortiz or Kownacki.

Cagey fight, both scared to really commit.

Wilder probably ends up landing first.

the version of Joshua who fought Ruiz... gets stopped in 4 rounds

that fight is still 50/50 even now... AJ is not Tyson Fury

Exactly how I see it. Both dangerous. Both vulnerable.
