They are both 1st generation Mexican and can qualify as Mexican citizens. Hell both may have dual citizenship, & i think Vargas even qualified for the Mexican olympic team.

There were born in the US and live the US lifestyle. Regardless of what you think, those are the facts. The real Mexican is the one that's born there and gets raised in the Mexican system, government, trains in Mexico, has to go through the hardships etc. They are both Americans of Mexican descent.

Mikey may be biting off more than he can chew with Jessie Vargas. There's a strong possibility that Mikey could be underestimating Vargas. In a a fair verdict, I got Vargas winning this fight by way of unanimous decision. If he doesn't get robbed by the judges.

Makes more sense. JMM is a better counter puncher and he was in a few stinkers. That fight with Gainer was awful.
