How many buys would AJ-Wilder have done?

800k ppv buys for wilder fury 2 seems so LOW considering how much publicity went into it.

AJ vs Wilder would’ve done up to 2 million ppv buys EASY.

This just confirms AJ is still the A side in any negotiations between the three fighters.

AJ still the number 1 in the division

    Much less.

Joshua lacks the personality to sell PPVs in America, and he's not like a Floyd or Manny who are legitimate legends of the sports and are p4p elite fighters.

Are you kidding lololol Joshua's first bout in America was a marketing/career nightmare so i'd say about 400k-550k.

I think a little more than this, maybe 900k, although at this point Fury has done a very good job building his profile up in America, hes also a good talker. AJ/Wilder was still a bigger and more stylistically exciting fight for the casuals before Fury and Ruiz damaged it though.

0 as that fight only happens on DAZN.

To the american public two fit muscular black athletes tends to be easier to market than a flabby looking gypsy.

If AJ were still undefeated it would have been bigger but post-loss AJ a little less.

              Probably less.

I don’t know, but i’ve heard some British journalists say when they’ve been over in USA, it seems AJ’s market value has gone down and nobody is excited about him.

It’s understandable. How much reach does DAZN really have to promote him? The last big news most people remember about AJ is he got flattened by Ruiz. Even though he won the rematch, i think the loss is still suck in the mind of most people and maybe that’s because Hearn/DAZN etc. Haven't got the reach or power to turn around the public perception.
