I like this fight a lot actually.

If Ruiz is serious about becoming relevant again, he should win this fight and retire Ortiz. But this is a strong enough opponent that he could lose if he comes in sloppy.

What kudos do you get for beating a pensioner with a heart defect who isn't even that highly ranked?

Why fight somebody when beating them means nothing (well done for beating up a sick old man)?

Ortiz isn't really relevant in the heavyweight scene, he's just Wilders pet boxing buddy.

I know you weren't referring to me, but that is how I see it.

Do I have to? Ok really quickly he has not beaten anyone of note so what do you gain fighting him? I had the displeasure of watching him fight live twice in the U.K. . An absolute bore fest. He made good account of himself against wilder but who doesn’t. Look at Gerald washington he did fantastically against Wilder and has not won a fight since.

Luis Ortiz went 12 rounds with Travis Kauffman. He is a waste of time. Don’t get me wrong boxers can waste their time every so often but atleast be rewarded financially

Ortiz... "a waste of time"... all i can do is shake my head at that statement.
Silly and comical at the same time.
Ortiz will always be dangerous and relevant as long as he stays healthy and motivated.
Put him up against most of the "top" HW such as Adam Kownack and i will put my money on Ortiz without blinking an eye.

Why does Robles keep talking about Andy Ruiz? They just fired you man...have some dignity and move away. Good or bad, let Ruiz live his life. Why does he keep commenting on Ruiz? He should refrain from interviews regarding Ruiz instead of just throwing dirt on him and constantly complaining. Missing the potential paydays? or trying to be relevant as the guy who once trained Ruiz?

He's like an ex who can not come to terms about being ditched.
