The more you think about it, the more laughable and insane the excuse is.Comment

So he knew his legs were gone in the 3rd round but he blamed the guy that stopped the fight 4 rounds later for stopping it. As some have mentioned on social media over the last few days, he is throwing the black guy under the bus on black history month, whilst the white guys (Deas and Finkel) are there taking shots at Breland for saving his fighter's life. The irony about Wilder is too vast for him.Comment

This is the part right here where everyone is shaking their collective heads....
“I wore the costume that was that heavy, and I paid the price. I traded the tribute to men and women [for] my title, and you know, as a warrior, I was gonna fight. My job was to fight under any circumstances, as a king, and that’s what I did. And I don’t take nothing back.”Comment

Instead of acknowledging that the best man won and that in the first round he got hit and could not recover is the better thing to say. Nothing wrong in getting caught, it is part of boxing.
When Gomez got caught early by Sanchez and never recovered. He continued to fight but the damage was done.Comment

So he admits his legs were gone and that he was helpless, but he is still mad at Breland for stopping the fight?
He seriously needs time to reflect. He is putting way too much pressure on himself. He has to be surrounded by some bad people filling his head with garbage.Comment
