Wilder will always have a punchers chance against anyone. But the odds of him detonating that back hand on Fury's crust are remote, Fury's made his adjustments.

He's too old and limited to re-invent himself and to carry your hands that low you need fast feet, fast reactions and plenty of upper body movement. Wilder has none of those 3.

Rematch's usually end up having the same result only with a wider margin and I think that applies here again.

Wilder will stay loyal, so it's back to trying the big right hand against the smartest heavyweight whose confidence will be through the roof. At least he'll be paid well.

I don't understand why Deontay Wilder was so gun shy he could have at least let his hands go Tyson Fury was there to be hit. That's why the towel was thrown because he wasn't really doing **** but getting beat from Pillar To Post he maybe throw one punch with bad intention in the entire fight.

Fury dominated the Wallin fight. That was a fluke cut from a well placed punch that could happen to anybody that climbs in the ring. Wallin made a good showing of himself by making it to the final bell. That's it.
I'm a Wilder fan BTW but common sense applies. Biased fans want their guy to be the best that dont make it fact though.
Fury is the man to beat at heavyweight right. Hence the ONLY undefeated belt holder.

You're absolutely right. That one trick phony is not on Wallin's level.

So you're only left with Spedce and one of Charlos, others ballons have already burst, huh?

OR the right hand got stuck in the costume. Fury beat him like he came home from school with a letter from the principal.

Fury showed some guts and smarts to scrappily tire out Wilder, and that's what the fight was - scrappy.

Fury has some skill for a man his size, but finding the right range to throw and land clean combinations is not one of them.

Wilder just got smothered and roughed up. He was understandably well worn out perhaps from carrying the extra weight, and the surprise of Fury walking him down.
If Wilder was a better boxer there were openings when Fury charged in, but it was not to be.

I just find all the 'He's No#1' talk far too premature and underserved when we have a tested, unified, travelled, accomplished HW in the picture of which neither Wilder or Fury will deserve such praise if and when they face that challenge, then, perhaps, we can begin to throw around some hyperbole.
wilder extra weight??? he still looked skinny with chicken legs. how come the "extra" weight did not bother Fury?

Wilder punches below the division norm and keeps that right hand home on purpose so his opponents can't time it well. His defense mainly is stepping backwards out of range and he can get away with it being so tall and long but it doesn't work against guys like Fury who are bigger and longer. So when he can't step out of danger he ends up trying to block punches or trying to get into a clinch which all equates into not punching.
