    Excuses

Excuses, excuses, excuses enough man just agree that you lost and Fury was the better man...weight works as added advantage coupled with good fighting style which Wilder doesn't have

I don't believe it affected his performance to be honest with you.

Wilder is a natural athlete and after 12 arduous weeks of training (for the biggest fight of his career), a highly conditioned 230lb heavyweight standing at 6 foot 7 should be quite capable of carrying the equivalent of a couple 10KG dumbbells to the ring from his dressing room.

A much more plausible excuse would be the amount of nervous energy he burned pacing up and down with his mind doing somersaults.

This is a real problem that plagues good old David Price. Numerous trainers say he can spar for fun and go 12 rounds without problem. But under the lights he's clearly in turmoil. I saw a similar discomfort before the 1st bell with Wilder, it was in stark contrast to Fury who was in his element.

Big problem for Wilder now, as these underlying psychological issues will have taken deep root now, doesn't bode well for the rematch.

Fury will happily go to town with the mind games for the rematch. He'll take great pleasure in mentally crucifying Wilder over all these excuses. This is what Fury does, makes you question your strengths and doubt yourself.

Now that these excuses have arisen Wilder clearly has his insecurities. It's like he's holding open a huge door into his mind for Fury to walk through and create havoc.

He'll be wrecked by the time comes to make the ring walk.

            Wilder need help

My advise for Wilder, is to use the services of a Great Sport's Psychology.

Even if he enters the ring naked, this one trick phony will still get smashed to pieces. He's mentally done. He can go back to fighting on ShoBox Thursday fight nights cuz Friday would be too much for him.

I already answered that in a different thread and it was only about a hundred yards.

It was custom made, he said it in one of the pre-fight specials which aired long before the friday. So if he is saying he only tried it on the day before the fight he is talking bs.

The thing is if we believe what he was saying. If he doesn't have the strength to carry that much weight and it really did have an adverse affect on him. How about taking it off soon as you noticed it? It isn't a fancy dress party, it is a HW title fight. If it didn't feel right the day before then don't wear it.

I actually feel sorry for Wilder. It is like Atlas said. He has been so used to winning and having yes people around him telling him how great he is that his ego simply cannot accept he lost. Rather than go look at what he did wrong he has gone down the route of blaming everything and everyone but himself. He has not used the experience to learn and to improve. To be a better person and a better fighter.

He is mentally shot and I can't see him recovering from it.
