Will they keep the same energy now ?

    Tyson Fury Champion

    1 Anthony Joshua 23-1-0
    2 Deontay Wilder 42-1-1
    3 Andy Ruiz Jr. 33-2-0
    4 Dillian Whyte 27-1-0
    5 Luis Ortiz 31-2-0 (26)
    6 Alexander Povetkin35-1
    7 Michael Hunter 18-1-1
    8 Kubrat Pulev 27-1-0
    9 Filip Hrgovic 10-0-0
    10 Adam Kownacki

Remember guys it’s why it’s never good to mock a fighter that occupies the top spot most the time and to jump on a bandwagon of the moment bragging your guy is number 1 . Ha
I mostly agree with these rankings. With the loss, Wilder going to #3 looks right. There are some issues though - Pulev at 8? maybe not. And no Parker? really? I would rank Dubois well above Hrgovic.

I generally don't have too many issues with the 1/2/3.

I do think that the 4/5/6 can be switched up. Povetkin has a stronger resume and can still be #4. Whyte has a better resume than Ortiz.

I would say Pulev at 7, Parker at 8, Hunter at 9. Then Hrgovic, Kownacki, whoever else.

We can throw in Usyk whenever he fights someone real.

Hrgovic owned DDD in sparring he would knock DDD out .

Parker hasn’t fought any one important in awhile and is hand picking easy fights now ,Pulev is fighting Joshua and hasn’t lost in like 6 years that has to count for something.

Seriously? a ranking based on sparring?

Pulev is fighting Joshua...that is future tense. His last two fights are Bogdan and Rydell. Have you heard of any one of them before? But Parker hasn't fought anyone important. His opponents might not be top guys but certainly better than Pulev's.

Btw, who do you think wins between Pulev and Dubois? or Pulev of Joyce?

Bogdan was Joshuas long time sparring partner undefeated ,he actually hurt Miller briefly but he’s not a full time boxer . Pulev win over Chisora is something Parker was afraid to take a chance at ,it’s why he didn’t go back to that scheduled fight . Pulev also had a far better performance with Hughie Fury then Joe did , Pulev is a top win for anyone.

Hrgovic is the real deal he’d put it on 90% of the top guys ,guys like Joyce and AJ have the best style to deal with him but those are hard fights .

DDD would defeat Pulev somewhat easy he’s to strong but it would be an ugly fight , Joyce would grind Pulev down a bit easier then DDD and stop him late , I’m taking Joyce over DDD at least for now .

I also did a thread last year before the fight on Saturday with Heavyweight David Adeleye who may be a huge problem in the future a stronger Dubois type fighter . He was Furys sparring partner this time around.
