I see why Wilder avoided Wlad.

Hardly. Wilder is still the second best heavyweight in the world, followed by Ortiz, Ruiz and Joshua, in that order. Wilder has elite-level skills that have allowed him to accomplish more than any other heavyweight in boxing history. And his chin has been proven time and time again. After the ruptured eardrum in the Fury rematch, his equilibrium was off, which obviously limited his ability to defend himself, let alone win the fight.

I see the rubber match being over in one round, maybe even the first minute of the first round, if Fury uses that Kronk style again. In any event, it won't end well for Fury, provided he doesn't opt out of the immediate rematch. Again...

The kind of skills that allowed him to rack up 41 knockouts in 43 fights without getting knocked out himself, a feat no other heavyweight in boxing history has accomplished. Unorthodox skills that you can't beat unless you're elite yourself...

Wlad is always reluctant against big men. He was spooked my Jamerl McCline for godssake. And as far as Deontay tiring, Saturday was the first time I ever saw him tired. He wasnt tired in the first matchup. So let's pump the breaks a bit
He was tired as **** in the last 3 rounds of the 1st fight. Maybe you missed those rounds.

My pick for the second fight was Fury by KO in 10.

Wlad would have just punch the guy in the chin once and goodnight!

His eardrum wasn't ruptured. Wilder said it was just a cut, so there goes that excuse. Deontay has been exposed. He's doomed in a rubber match, IF he has the stones to dare. Deal with it.

Sam Peter was a big puncher but he threw clubbing shots. Wilder explodes into his right hand from distance.

Their timelines just didn't match up. Wilder established himself at the top level just as Wlad lost to Tyson Fury in 2015. After that, Wlad tried unsuccessfully to get a rematch with Fury. If Wilder had won the WBC title a year or two earlier then we probably would have seen Klitschko-Wilder in a unification.
