The bigger is one's ego (in Wilder's case pumped up by media, hardest hitter in history and similar bs) the more painful is the downfall.

The excuses are a bit ridiculous, but I'm not ready to write him off yet. Fury is definitely the better boxer and I'd favor him big time in the trilogy, but that doesn't mean Wilder can't still make noise in the division. He got his equilibrium screwed up in the 3rd with a shot behind the ear and never recovered, eerily similar to Joshua in the first Ruiz fight. The bigger danger for Wilder is if he gets taken to school or beaten up in the 3rd fight, that could be really tough to come back from. Personally I think he'd be better off fighting a couple PBC guys and then hoping somebody else beats Fury and go for the belts in 2021

I am sick and tired hearing that Fury is a better boxer then wilder. Fury did not box wilder by running away like Joshua. Fury walked wilder down brutalized him had more strength stamina and will. he came at him like a wrecking machine. fury boxed him the first fight and when he got up in the 12th rd and beat wilder around the ring figured out I would be better off to attack then box
