Any weight capable of putting that kind strain on your body is going to take away from your stamina. And it would be silly for a boxer to get a significant workout in before major fight, which he likely did by where 45 pounds for 15 - 20 mins and walking 100ft - 200ft.
Alright, all that. So long as it has been established that you don’t know what Wilders exercise regiment consists of. Or any boxers for that matter.

Not true at all. How athletic or tall Wilder is of a little consequence under certain conditions. The human body simply has it's limits no matter who you are. Wearing 45 pounds for 15 - 20 mins with no breaks and walking a 100ft - 200ft is going to cause a decent loss of stamina, especially in your legs, for anyone on the planet. At least enough to affect your performance in a 12 round fight.

I don't know the regimen. But the fact that he said he trains with a 40 pound vest tells us that it puts a strain on his body. It is not far reaching to assume that him wearing a 45 vests for 15 - 20 mins standind with no breaks and walking almost 200ft during that time would cause some significant loss of stamina and would feel like a workout.
