i know garcia is with dazn but why would he waste his time fighting haney and at 140? bad choices lead to bad results. you could have been in lopez's shoes if you signed with top rank. oh well

Haney does nothing for Mikey at this point in his career.

Or maybe he was clout chasing?
Or he got passed over once he became Loma's mando and is now deciding to go to 140 because the best guy at 135 wouldn't fight him.

When could the fight happen? Wasn't Loma "ducking" Lopez and then when that fight was likely suddenly it's someone else? Why doesn't he just wait for the fight between Loma and Lopez and fight the winner? He's been told he'll get the shot and provided Gervonta doesn't man up and accept the challenge I'm sure he'd be offered the shot this year.

He has beat no one of merit, yet wants to be treated like a star and fight star fighters. Mikey will not fight him because he gains nothing from beating him. His next opponent needs to be the Fortuna/Campbell winner.

Come on dude, lets stop the BS. How ever you choose to word it, the end result was Haney got passed over. From what we are reading, Loma's plan is to go back down after the Lopez fight, win or lose, or he will have Berchelt move up to 135. Haney knows he isn't getting a Loma fight until after Loma fights Berchelt or Tank.

Haney got injured so its all moot at this point. He is going up to 140 to fight a top tier opponent. I just wish we had gotten the chance to see him in with Loma , win or lose.

yeah loma the ducker decided to fight the top rated fighter in the division instead. a fight that was already planned last year oh wait loma and top rank should have rearranged his entire career plan for haney the star! also aren't there other fighters in the division he could fight? like anyone in the top 10 since he's never fought a top 10 opponent. he has done nothing in boxing and expects the biggest fight right away? mind bobbling.

Anyway I think Garcia beats Haney. Lets be honest there is a big difference between Haney a light weight and Spence a jr middle actually. Garcia will walk through Haney and break him down.

or in other words lets completely ignore context so we can say loma is ducking haney!

so lomas going down to 130 but he's going to make berchelt come up to 135? this is making no sense. this proves you dont know what hes going to do. guess you just want to cry duck. ducking a guy with 0 top 10 wins mind bobbling

how does he know that? and you know what would give him a better chance at getting the loma fight...fighting someone good! but no he expects a shot at the best fighter around without a top 10 win. i mean even tank has one. can you get me one? jeezus what an entitled crybaby clown he is. now hes going up to 140 to fight who? im guessing he expects a shot at the best right away there too right? then a shot at pac or spence at 147. i mean this is devin haney we are talkign about. star power
