Isn’t he “injured”..why doesn’t he fight the Campbell-Fortuna winner? Why not apply a tiny bit of patience? Why he feels so entitled to run his mouth and jump ahead of legit unifications matches I can’t figure out.

When could the fight happen? Wasn't Loma "ducking" Lopez and then when that fight was likely suddenly it's someone else? Why doesn't he just wait for the fight between Loma and Lopez and fight the winner? He's been told he'll get the shot and provided Gervonta doesn't man up and accept the challenge I'm sure he'd be offered the shot this year.

From what we are reading, Loma's plan is to go back down after the Lopez fight, win or lose, or he will have Berchelt move up to 135. Haney knows he isn't getting a Loma fight until after Loma fights Berchelt or Tank.
