I will just say this was exactly what people were saying to Joshua after the first Ruiz fight. Maybe Fury can fight worse andmaybe Wilder can come in better prepared because something did look off - it's worth a shot.

Wilder could fight a couple of Tom Schwartz level contenders while he waits for the Fury AJ winner, it's low risk and would allow him to work on his boxing skills.
Fighting AJ or Fury for all the belts would get him a lot more money but he would have to wait a year or so for that to happen.
I suspect the greedy hangers on in Wilders camp will push him to go for the immediate rematch.

Andre Ward also thought Wilder would win.

He doesn't come right out and say it but I believe Ward is thinking of Kovalev and Golovkin with these comments.

And fury was basically knocked out cold lol. The 1st fight was much closer. However I don't think Fury was at his best. But lets be real, Fury really isn't that kind of killer. Perhaps the Kronk style is helping him be. However he's not a devastating puncher. These are heavyweights and a good placed shot will take anyone down. Revealed in Joshua Ruiz this fight and many more. Fury landed a perfect shot behind the ear and wilder never recovered afterwards. Ortiz is a much harder puncher than Fury. And Wilder was getting outclassed by him as well. If Ortiz lands a shot on wilder behind the ear he doesn't beat the count. What I'm saying is wilder has the great equalizer. Like a qb covers up his team's deficiencies, wilders power covers up his poor technical skill. He needs to go back to the drawing board and improve his defense. As long as he avoids taking punishment, he has the opportunity to land the big right hand. All he needs is one. So rounds won never matter to a knockout artist to answer your question.

What is Wilder going to change in one camp to stop Fury battering him again?

I can't wait for the odds. I cashed out on the under. If and when wilder will be an underdog I hope it's a disrespectful line. Like 3 or 4 to 1. Do it!
