    Deontay Wilder>>>>>>>Anthony Joshua

Lets be brutally honest. Deontay Wilder, if up against Andy Ruiz who put Zero, yes thats right Zero effort in his fight against AJ would have got Andy Ruiz out in 5/6 rounds.

Also, Deontay Wilder faced imo the best every heavyweight barring the Klitsckos. He did not quit. What a tough guy he is. He was shot yet never backed in the corner like a mouse like Aj did.

Deontay Wilder not only beat AJ, but in my eyes, despite the loss, proved that hes very tough. Fury is just exceptionally talented and has been boxing since age 5.

After Saturday night Wilder and his fans don't get any more fantasy match up victories over current or past heavyweights, till Wilder actually fights guys like Joshua and Ruiz I don't want to hear about how he is definitely better or knocks them out. We've had enough of that crap over the last 2 and a half years.

The only person you should be putting on the other side of those ">>>>>>>>" is Luis Ortiz.

      - Beat one actual highly regarded HW in his entire 40+ fight 12 year long pro career. In two very tough fights with him being potentially saved by the bell then given extra recovery time in the first. And his opponent was an alleged 50 year old who hasnt faced any of the rest of the top 10 and hasnt faced anyone of note at all for 4-5 years now.

      - Saw Fury come back from a near 3 year ******* and KFC binge and look like a fat mess against Seferi and Pianeta. Tried to opportunistically rush him into a fight thinking Fury was washed up, out of shape and a relatively easy stylistic match up due to being notoriously pillow fisted. Instead gets outboxed for 9-10 rounds but still somehow walks away with his belt in the first fight, gets absolutely murdered worse than gatekeeper Chisora in the second....both in his own country.

      - "Historic" Ali challenging 5 year title reign that consists of Ortiz x2, Stiverne x2, Molina, Duhaupas, Washington, Arreola, Szpilka and literally last year Breazele, a guy Joshua beat 4 years ago when he was still being built up.

      - Has opponents under su****ion of taking a dive against him.

      - Only one of the "big 3" who never faced Wlad

      - Backed out of facing Povetkin and was successfully sued for doing so.

      - Never fought a top opponent in their country.

      - Talks about "one face, one name" one minute and the next says Joshua doesnt deserve a fight with him, talks about needing more money one minute and the next says it isnt about the money.

The only thing Wilder > Joshua at is being a terrible paper champion, sorry...ex champion.

Wilder has fought a few guys ranked higher than Ruiz. Lmao. Come on now. Ruiz is NOT or has ever been a player in the HW division.

Honestly - you're an imbecile. Remember you from your Froch days...total imbecile.

As far as the thread title, they have to fight to find out, no amount of illogical triangle theories are going to give you any answers. My instinct was always that Joshua lands first but anything can happen.

I think Ruiz would give Wilder big problems, that is a tough style for him, Ruiz has an iron chin, Wilder is not a mover, I think Ruiz combinations and good power may outdo Wilders single concussive shots when the fight eventually ends up on the inside.

You say "a few guys" but I'm pretty sure that Ortiz is the only Wilder victim that could be regarded as being better than Ruiz. I'm not trying to change your opinion of Ruiz, I don't think he's amazing by any stretch but he's not a bum either (could have easily been given the decision against Parker on neutral ground)...... my point is you don't get to dismiss him as being a guaranteed win for Wilder in a hypothetical matchup. If your predicting a win for Wilder then that's obviously not a problem.

              Ok I follow you.

For the record I think EVERYONE wilder beat is better than Wilder. So there is no guarantee that wilder wins any fantasy match up. You're right

Wilder can't fight inside or off his back foot and doesn't know how to defend himself.
Joshua, Whyte and Ruiz get him out of there 9 times out of 10.

                He does have heart though.

Honestly my dislike of Wilder aside, its a damn shame and a waste that someone with his physical gifts lacks the basic fundamentals. Imagine if Wilder had the boxing ability of even a Gerald Washington...... I think he'd be an amazing package as a fighter. It's a shame he surrounded himself with a bunch of yes men instead of real trainers cause he's been boxing far too long to be this technically poor.

He looked his absolute best in Stiverne 1. He has almost been getting worse since
