It's true, but also, that's going to happen when you're punching instead of boxing.
Marciano landed rabbits all the time
Wilder himself lands rabbits all the time.
If you punch at a man's nose and he reacts funny and puts the back of his head where his nose used to be, yeah, it's a rabbit, and yeah when a rabbit has major play that is unfortunate, but, also, it's not the puncher's fault the punch reacted so poorly.

It steals from Tyson as much as it does Wilder.
It's Wilder's fault, not Fury's fault. Wilder had his hands down. Wilder was unprepared. Which forced Wilder to have to duck instead of block.
But regardless of whose fault it is, if you get hit with a devastating shot directly behind the head, and you're clearly in no condition to continue, what happens the next four rounds isn't indicative of your ability. My complaint isn't about the punch, my complaint is about the narrative coming out of the fight.

Oh, I get that. I was impressed how long he stayed up on dodgy legs.
I think the more important difference is Ruizs win was proven to be a fluke while Wilder went 0-2 losing to two completely different gameplans each time.

The first fight was a draw. If you're trying to claim it was a robbery, to try to justify lying about the actual result, you look ridiculous when you cry "robbery" over a fight that was clearly close.
AP, ESPN, Yahoo, LA Times, Sporting News, Washington Post, etc all had a draw or Wilder winning. When that many top level publications don't have Fury winning, you can't cry robbery when the official decision is a draw.
