this new Fury might be unstoppable

'Tyson Fury wanted a pat on the back for cutting out diet coke and making afew sacrifices, this is just normal standard behavior for Anthony Joshua or any Olympic athlete etc'
Joshua's humility IS what could set him apart from Tyson Fury and his ability to sacrifice over a long period of time 'If there is a solution somewhere out there in the universe which solves the conundrum on how to beat Tyson Fury 'Anthony Joshua would be the fighter to find it' he appears to be like Batman.
The match up between them has already started, Joshua is preparing right now 'Possibly in ways that may break the psyche any other heavyweight'
If Joshua never had the mindset that he has? I would 100% state right now 'That Tyson Fury beats him' but when you are competing against a athlete who has so much attention to detail and force of will to prepare? That changes everything.
I am a neutral on the match up.Comment

IDK.... Wilder was a cherrypick for Fury is the way i see it. Fury went life or death with Otto, sure AJ will be the under dog in a Fury bout, but AJ is no Wilder or Otto.
Lets see him in there with some of the people AJ have fought since Fury been back (Ruiz, Povetkin, Parker, Whyte), people that can box and change it up in the middle of the fight unlike Wilder.
Wilder is easy to beat imo, for Fury at least and Wilder was extremely over rated as a boxer. Jury still out on Fury, he has not fought a Klitschko level opponent since he has returned, AJ been fighting close to that level since he became champ....... speaks volumes.Last edited by zok310; 02-24-2020, 09:43 AM.Comment

I am unsure on who would win but? Tyson Fury should be ranked number 1 right now 'The thing with Joshua is, he will be obsessing over Tyson Fury now' Joshua is not as naturally gifted as Fury in terms of fighting ability, but his mindset is unparalleled.

Ultimately though what impressed me about Fury was the way he battered Wilder in the rematch.I never thought he would dominate him the way he did.
I still felt that the Fury/Wilder rematch was bigger than either Joshua/Wilder or Fury/Joshua .
I still feel if Tyson Fury is on it he will beat Joshua but its a case of whether he can maintain the mental discipline to keep the levels up.His brother Shane Fury said something interesting which concurs with this .To many yes men in Furys camp makes him complacent. He constantly needs to be challenged or he will slip.Fury is his own worst enemy.
Now the landscape has changed Fury/Joshua will be the ultimate heavyweight fight.Comment

So much wrong with this post it's difficult to know where to start.
First of all, Wilder would put any of AJ's opponents to sleep, and Wilder just lost to the best HW of his generation. Joshua got dominated and stopped by a clinically obese cherry pick.Comment

Fury proved nothing Saturday, all he proved is that after enough Fat Camps he can make a "comeback". End of the day Whyte would spark him, AJ would retire him and he would go life or death with parker.Comment

Interesting points youve made.

I have been stating for a long time that Fury was a one trick pony at elite level, and I wanted to see 'THAT type of game-plan used on his opponents which he displayed against Wilder'
Tactically that was the way to beat Wilder 'Make him punch while moving backwards or smother his work' Wilder hits hard, but his offense does not have multi-dimensions. It has not evolved to that sort of level etc
Tyson Fury was quite simply the first fighter Brave enough to roll the dice, and go straight at Wilder 'And that is where his self belief helped him'. I don't think there is any other fighter ACTIVE right now who would of fought Wilder in that manner 'They all would of attempted to box him'
Tyson Fury has just displayed to all heavyweights in the world, the antidote on how to beat Deontay Wilder 'Wilder wants you to box him, give him space HE highly dislikes what Fury did to him' But even still a lot of heavyweights may not have the mental fortitude to fight Wilder in that way 'It is still highly dangerous'
The difference with solving how to beat Tyson Fury compared to Wilder is that? It is clearly more complex 'From a intellectual standpoint, physiological and maybe even spiritual' But as we speak right now 'Anthony Joshua is working on it'Last edited by PRINCEKOOL; 02-24-2020, 10:33 AM.Comment

Wilder aint ko vlad, parker or Whyte and vetkin...... i know its a hard pill to swallow, but its true Wilder is overrated and a cherry pick.

YDKSAB son. Fury is a level above all those names.Comment
