Do you think maybe Wilder got a concussion? I am not a doctor but some of the ways he moved after the third round KD I got the impression something was broke inside his head...

I don't believe that a small cut in the ear caused the balance problems. Coupled with the bleeding from the mouth I suspect a small skull fracture. The bruising behind the ear seemed evident and very like a Battles sign fracture.

What about when he was tripping over himself in dustin nicholas fight or szpilka fight did he have a broken leg and head too? Still tho wilder got heart even when was being beat the **** uo he continued trying to punch back but just couldnt land due to his horrible fundamentals and technique.

that shot defeintly affected him big time look at his legs after it. even gets desperate with right hands afterr that punch. he was done after it.
