There is statistical/physical/sexual victimization (group X being ****d and murdered at an extreme ratio by group Y decade after decade)

It’s because a majority of the time when black folks promote their “ethnic pride” here in the US, they do it with a chip on their shoulder, and bit of saltiness. As if they feel obligated to prove something to people, which they shouldn’t. And many get an aura of that “victim mentality” stemming from it, like people are against them.

When other people wear their ethnic pride on their sleeve, it typically doesn’t come with any of the above.
