He is the former undisputed CW champion & kudos to him for moving up but I'm not sure he should get such a generous ranking with only one win over Chazz Witherspoon. He cancelled fights with Takam & Chisora already since moving up. I know the WBO gives it's champion the option of moving up to mandatory spot but he is also the WBC #2 behind Whyte, IBF #6 & WBA #2 behind the interim champ Bryan & Regular champ Charr. The regular/interm/Oquendo stuff will get sorted out at some point but I wasn't aware the other 3 outside the WBO give their former CW champion a high rank too. He is getting some really special treatment...
