    Is Deontay Damaged Goods Now?

Do you see Deontay’s confidence (or even physical ability) being damaged going forward after the beating he took last night?

I ask that because so much of his game relies on his aura of invincibility and mental preparedness. I think it’s possible but not easy to come back to the aura people used to hold him at.

Most boxers were picking him to KO Fury and the reverse essentially happened.

All new incomers now know how to fight him and his unbeaten status is gone.

For some reason i would love to see him fighting Ruiz, Hunter, Martin.

Maybe he can fight Ortiz for WBC mandatory?

His aura of invincibility has diminished but he'll still KO pretty much everyone in the division. And who knows - AJ had a shocker against Ruiz but was much better in the rematch.

He was never any good but mentally he’s shot now. He was reemed last night. Embarrassed.

Not sure. An immediate rematch with Fury could revitalize him if he’s able to give a better showing. The two matches thus far were extremely different. A third is largely unpredictable.

His left ear is shot. I'm not sure that he will be able to hear from that ear again. Not at 100 percent but I'm not a doctor.
