The blueprint was laid out by Ortiz but he wasnt capable of doing what Fury did. Fair play to Fury he has the goods to be great. I didn't see it coming

Fury deserves respect for doing what he did but a lot of people are being fools in this thread. Wilder never looked right in the this fight. A loss is a loss but he is better fighter than this. It's like when people said it was over for AJ after he lost to Ruiz. When it was clear AJ fought terrible and looked gassed.

He looked terrible as he tried to both back up and throw punches at the same time. He look like a pro fighting his first fight. He was wild and tried to land the right when he was too far away.
Funny but Fury said after the knockdown in the 12th he had to fight back by coming forward and it worked. He learned that if he backed Wilder up, Wilder could not land the right.
other fighters will take the same approach.

As a Wilder fan I was pulling for him. I have to be honest though, the fight wasn't close. Fury battered Wilder from post to pillar which is what I was afraid would happen if Fury chose to fight in close as he had said he would. Fury was simply too big and too talented for Wilder. No need for a third fight as the outcome would be the same.
