If there is a third fight, it won't be as big as the second fight, but Wilder would still make 20-25 million. If he turns down the rematch, he's not going to make 20-25 million anywhere else.

It would have been so great to see AJ ringside, instead we have had to listen to Eddie being snidey as fück the past few weeks

Cherry pick gone wrong... He actually thought fury was easier to fight because he doesn't hit harder bums champion... The results you get fighting cab drivers and weight lifter

He should beat up Kownacki then fight fury

AJ is a better boxer then wilder, but fury beats AJ with relative ease aswell

Who is No1, No2 and No3 in the current heavyweight division NOW?

I still think we are not in the position to determine that even after Fury's win and Wilder's loss. If this question is put to Lenox Lewis, I am sure he will put Fury as first, Wilder second and Jushua third, a line of thinking I really don't understand.
I am still convinced that we'll really never know until Fury and Wilder have fought Joshua. I think now the Wilder fans understand that you cannot write off a boxer for a one loss. Maybe Wilder's loss will help bring sanity back to the sport where we debate facts not emotions and desires.
It is in the interest of ranking the current top three heavyweights that Wilder takes the rematch in the next 6 months. If he wins then he will be in a similar position as Joshua except that Joshua is a unified champion. If he loses again which is highly likely (If Fury remains in shape and form) then it will be extremely bad for him. If he wins, then they will all be having a loss against their names and it will be putting Joshua a bit higher than them (If he holds on to the belts) because of the 3 belts he has.
Whatever happens in the rematch, we still need the three to fight each so that we can conclusively agree on who is no1, no2, and no3.

The WBC politics! Ja, neh! The Fury choice was a serious mistake, the that will haunt the Wilder team forever. Fury is unpredictable and uncomfortable, they cannot put a leash around his neck. He is his own man and he does what he likes. So, they have to go to a drawing board. Wilder is really regretting not fighting Joshua earlier which was going to be his biggest payday. None of his fights with Fury could give him what a fight with Joshua was going to yield. Fury does not care because he is covered by the $90m contract he has with ESPN. Wilder is the only one losing out on a huge payout. It is a decision they will live to regret because Wilder is getting older and if he loses the rematch, he will lose relevancy. He will be in the situation his handlers wished Joshua to be in after losing to Ruiz. So, there is panic in the Wilder camp - to take a rematch or not and face the consequences arising from the decision.
Do not be surprised if a deal is made where Fury fights Joshua twice and thereafter Joshua fighting Wilder. Wilder now desperately needs his cash cow (Joshua) for his final huge payout and then retires. If that happens, then it will be an intelligent move.

I agree. We need to see Joshua vs Fury next. Whatever that needs to be done for this fight to happen must be be done. It will be an amazing fight. We have seen Fury vs Wilder twice and is the time for Fury vs Joshua twice before Fury retires
