I think it's the fight to make right now, but I don't think it would go much better for Joshua than it would for Wilder. I really had my doubts about Fury's prep for the fight just now but it shows you what I know because Fury looked more or less invincible this time. If he fights like this every time I don't think there's a man alive who could beat him.Comment

are you doing ok?After a beating like that, the best thing for Wilder is to take a year off, fight a tune up early next year, and then try to get a title shot in the second half of 2021.
The problem is that if he passes up the rematch now, there's no guarantee he could get a title shot next year, let alone with 40% of the money going to him.
If the Fury/Joshua winner guaranteed Wilder a title shot next year with Wilder getting a 40% split, he'd be crazy not to take it, but this likely turns into a game of chicken, with the Fury side just hoping Wilder let's the rematch clause pass since it would be crazy for Wilder to go straight back in there so soon and so tough after a sustained beating round after round for several rounds.Comment
