Talk of Fury as one of the greatest HW of all time is preposterous. Yes, he's the best of this era, but it's a weak era. You got Wilder that can't box at all, AJ a half fighter half marketing product and then Fury himself who can't punch and has a build like a 60 yr old. Yes I know he just punched Wilder silly but the first KD on Wilder was a running windmill that Wilder bafflingly did not even guard against and blocked with the back of his head!

Outside those 3 there is literally no-one of note. Lennox would have wiped the floor with all of them.

That's unfair on AJ - he has fought quality opposition so far in his career and he is *5 years* behind Fury and Wilder. He is def over-hyped still but he actually has the most substance behind the hype out of the 3.

I was around when Lennox was figthing and he got KO'd twice by people who shouldn;t have beaten him - McCall and Rachman(?). And he was far too cautious most fights. He was a great fighter but he wasn't quite what people are making him out to be

So now you're changing the tune from "rematch" to "immediate rematch"?

True, he didn't defend his title, since he was stripped when he had a mental health crisis and abandoned the sport.

Guess what tho'? He just beat the living **** out of a guy with 10 defenses and will do so again, should Wilder accept the third fight. In fact, between both if them, only one has already expressed willingness to duke it ought a third time. Guess who it was?

It was a mauling by Fury, a great performance.

Fury is the first fighter of note Wilder has faced, and it showed.
Fury was able to outbox him in their first meeting, and beat him up in their second. Wilder had no answer to being backed up. He looked lost as early as the 2nd round.

Shout out to Bayless for a poor performance, as feared.

A massive night for Fury, and I hope they skip the 3rd fight and a Joshua fight can be sorted out for all the belts..as that would be big, big event.

Challenger clips the champ with an equilibrium-shattering shot near the left ear. Champ survives until 7th round tko.

The truth is that Wilder's stamina has been exceptional so far in his career...and whatever happened tonight, he was basically shot from like the first few rounds...I think a lot of that had to do with Fury using his weight well early, but yeah Wilder did not look great in there from the get go.

Just wondering what he could really do vs Fury...lighter may be better for him.

Lol at AJ fans taking this as a win for them...if AJ's chin can take a shot from Wilder, God bless him...and I don't think he will be able to wear Wilder out like Fury did...I say make AJ-Wilder as much as anything...Fury-AJ too of course

That kronk style is basically wrestling 101 boxers dont understand carrying someones weight drains the muscle endurance and lungs just as much or more than a body shot and punching for 12 rounds.
