I've have been in contact with 22 friends & family members in the past three days if I am getting the fight. The most since Mayweather vs Pacquiao. Bought 30 lbs of Ranchera, chicken & shrimp. Have an avocado tree so Guacamole is endless.

Getting 2 giant pizza's one 5 cheese the other pepperoni for the kids and and the vegetarians.
All you have to bring is drinks.

I predict Wilder vs Fury II does at lest 1 million.

If the fight does the 800-850k buys Arum says it needs to break even, by comparison, that's how many buys Holyfield vs. Lewis II did. Which really puts into perspective how big of stars Wilder and Fury have become.

Good that boxing is bringing family and friends together. Enjoy yourself.

Just put the trolls on the ignore list and you can enjoy better conversation with more sensible people. That's what I have done because you cannot argue with a fanboy/keyboard warrior. Its what they do and enjoy, so talking logic or asking for references is useless.

800K PPV is a big ask, to be honest. Much easier said than done.

Boxing would be a lot more popular if they cut out the corruption. The leeches need the blood though.

Does that factor in their projection for UK PPV buys??

Cause I think that will bring in a decent amount for them aswell.

It's a miniscule number as most Brits are fast asleep at fight time.

I disagree..... BT Sport have been promoting this HARD over here so its hard to imagine there not being at least a few hundred thousand paying for this one. Granted they don't have the reach that SkySports do but I still expect this to pull in a decent chunk of buys.

"We projected $1.65 million in closed circuit sales and as of Wednesday, [revenues] were over $3 million; [the final number] will probably end up over $4 million. We expected the gate to to come in at $12 million or $13 million and [the event is going to do] over $16 million.”

They can reach that based off those other projections. A gate of $16 million should translate to over a million ppv buys
