Fury is freaking huge, the guy's a giant and it was his size that won him the fight, nothing more, nothing less. Wilder looked tiny compared to him.

And it's painfully obvious that Boxing needs a Super Heavyweight division now.

I liked that weight myself ,I configured it to my slight edge for fury but he really pasted Wilder, good stuff .

220 lbs was the benchmark for the standard Heavyweight until Lewis and the Klit Bros arrived.

              250 lbs is Super Heavyweight.

I've always felt they did, I just hate calling it "Super Heavy Weight" simply because the heavyweight champ is supposed to be the champion of the biggest, uncapped, weight class.

What if we kept heavyweight uncapped and opened up a "Super Cruiser Weight" say anything up to 225?

Idk but the commission has to do something because it's pretty clear that the guys who are over 6'5'' and weigh over 250 lbs have a massive advantage over the smaller Heavyweights.

It's why Iron Mike lost to Lewis, he was fighting a Super Heavyweight.

Not everyone is going to be 250 I’d have to check the entire roster ,guys like Usyk are still better then Wilder as well and they are about 220 . I like the idea though of a SHW division.

Loool this thread aged well.... I didn’t like the weight gain but it didn’t change my picking of Fury. OP was spot on though!

I tip my hat off to you cause I thought 273 was too heavy. You know your stuff.
