He also alleges to have sent the offer to GGG, which I think is a hail marry since GGG campaigns at 160. GGG been salivating another shot at Canelo, so highly unlikely he takes it.

Callum and Plant is a good fight, but Callum is waiting on Canelos move. Could happen if Canelo rejects Callum.

So Mannix reported there were just some early conversations but Plant is saying an offer was sent. Doesn't mean the fight will happen or anything, but Plant vs Smith and then the winner getting Benavidez later in the year or early next year sounds good to me!

Yes that would be great IF it happens. I think Benavidez is the best of those three and beats both Plant and Smith. I think Canelo KOs BJS in May. Then in a perfect world Canelo fights the winner of those 3 to determine the real champion at 168. Will all this happen? Going by boxing's recent past probably not.

I think that's definitely the ideal scenario. Plant vs Smith winner vs Benavidez and then the winner of that fight against Canelo after he takes care of BJS in 2021. Can get an undisputed champion at 168.

I would love to see that fight so Canelo vs BJS and Plant vs Smith is WIN/WIN all around for everybody. Maybe a little Round-Robin Tournament, can we get Benavidez vs Jacobs as well once he takes care of Lionell Thompson. Even better if Charlo would move up and jump in the middle of what will be the best Division in boxing by the end of 2020 if all these guys indeed start to fight each other which is looking very possible right now

GGG and Andrade might as well come on up too because with Canelo leaving 160 it is nothing at 160 now
