    It means he's going to enforce a very clean fight. So any notions of Fury bullying and roughing up Wilder on the inside, in the hopes of wearing him down have just gone out of the window. Fury won't be able to fight his kind of fight with Kenny Bayless. He needed a referee like Tony Weeks.
