Yes, the extra weight should assist him in his stamina and make him physically stronger; Just in case Fury remains true to his word by attempting to rough him up and bully him on the inside. However, he would probably come in weighing roughly around 225 lbs by the time of the weigh in.

He doesn’t really need to be that big. I would imagine that would make him a bit slower than normal, and against a fluid boxer like Fury he does need to be able to chase him down without getting tired from those extra muscles.

I doubt he's 230. Wouldnt be surprised if he weighs in around 222-226 though.

For a 6'8 HW, 230 sounds great...I think Wilder would be very good at that weight if he chooses to come in there...not too heavy at all for him imho
