He’s gonna look very ****** if he gets KO’d now. Btw, I got to say this, whenever Wilder shouts ‘Bomb Squad!’ he sounds an absolute ******, he needs to drop that ridiculous catchphrase, it hasn’t caught on and he just comes across sounding dumber than he actually is, and that’s not easy to pull off.

EVERY HW can deliver a big shot by the nature of being a HW. But if Wilder really believes Fury can’t drop or hurt him, walk him down then, cut off the ring, and be the aggressor from the 1st round until you can stop Fury, IF you can stop Fury.

But no, he was absolutely drilling Wilder all the way to the end of bell. Yeah he was dropped twice but other than that, even the rounds he was dropped in, he dominated. Wilder looked dead tired in the second half with heavy arms. Throughout the fight he had almost no head movement and terrible defense.
I said on here a few days ago that I dont think Fury is in a good place if his last performance says anything. But now I'm changing my mind completely. Deontay Wilder can't do any better offensively. Fury can do much better offensively. I think Fury is planning on putting together a lot more combinations and power punches. That being said, Wilder doesn't have the skill to evade and survive.
I rewatched the fight recently and thought the same.

Fury totally outboxed Wilder, from round 1 to 12.

Wilder barely did anything except the 2 KD.

But that is what is impressive about Wilder and why most people are picking Wilder now.

It seems like Fury can't take very well Wilder's punches. Every time he got hit clean, twice, he went down, and almost went out...

That being said, this decision was horrible. Fury's jab was popping hard Wilder's face, period, Fury didn't do much in each round himself, but it was still a lot more than Wilder who was following Fury around punching the air.

I disagree with you, Wilder can do better, he can fight more calme and intelligent like he did vs Ortiz, and he can add a tricks or two to his book for this fight, he's not a boxing master but neither ritarded.

I like both guys but I hope Fury wins because I really think he was short changed in the first fight.

Wilder was heavily floored and almost kayoed by a Cruiserweight bum called Harold Sconiers, Ortiz almost kayoed him as well (luckily the ref gave him an extra 20 seconds to recover), the legendary Eric Molina also had Wilder on spaghetti legs.
A 6,9 270 pound Fury can definitely hurt skinny boy Wilder whether he like it or not.

Fury doesnt really have that one or two shot out of nowhere and you're in deep **** power. But he can definitely hurt guys by chipping away at them across multiple rounds and causing accumulated damage.

Its telling that Wilder says this though, in all likelihood his decision to fight Fury was probably influenced by Furys perceived lack of punching power (and initially his physical condition and poor performances during the first few months of his comeback of course) and evasive style. Against Fury he gets plenty of time, quite possibly the full 12, to head hunt and look for the big shot he needs without too much fear of return fire. Against some of the other guys in the division he'd still struggle to outbox them but the major difference is at any given moment he'd also be potentially one left hook counter away from being in deep ****. And dont get me wrong Fury would beat those guys, but styles make fights, and its noticeable that Wilder has largely stayed away from guys that have the skill to outbox him AND the power to punish him severely while doing it.
