two fights later? he fought khan, liam smith, chavez jr, then ggg twice before getting a win. that's 5 fights by my count.

Is there something that Golovkin promotes that is in conflict with SNAC wanting him to promote and wear their products? I guess we will find out if he ever issues a statement. The real problem for Golovkin is the calf injury. He's 38 with a lot of miles on the clock.

Was this when WBC started their clean testing program, announced it around the Khan fight and Canelo suddenly dropped the belt bf testing cd begin. Oh and then took a yr to come up with a lame excuse about that court case and blame WBC..

Two close fights but had GGG winning both, even if Canelo did come to fight in 2nd and back GGG up, GGG banked too many rds before the 9th or 10th. Canelo didnt do enough.

So which is it? Canelo ruined him, or Canelo was not a tough challenge? You haters need to get your story straight.

This actually reminds me of when Donaire parted ways with Conte too.

Donaire said something to the affect of, anyone who wants to work with me or not is fine. Always thought this was very cryptic and suspect as if Donaire didnt wanna do something shady that Conte wanted him to do?

I dont trust Conte at all guys a sleaze ball convict and you got bought and paid so called boxing journalists on his payroll trying to spin his reputation like hes some redeemed messiah of the sport.
