The betting places set odds in advance on big fights that have a good chanc to happen. They are good at this because they do it for a living. They just set the odds on what they see and not by which boxer they are a fan of. They have already set odds on Canelo's three most likely fights to happen on May 2nd which is Canelo vs Callum Smith, GGG or BJS. Canelo is a -189 favorite to beat GGG which means you must bet $189 on Canelo to win $100 if Canelo wins. He is a bigger - 227 to beat Callum Smith and a very big-345 to beat BJS. So the pros think GGG is Canelo's closest hardest fight. Smith is his 2nd closest fight and BJS is a huge underdog or as you put it the tuneup fight. Most of us know it is almost certain that Canelo fights BJS in May. If you think I made this up do your own search on odds on future boxing. If anyone is interested Loma is a -270 to beat Tank. Fury is a slight favorite to beat either Wilder or AJ. AJ is a slight favorite to beat Wilder. Pacquiao is a -1400 to beat Conor and Brook is a -170 to beat Khan.
I’ll take your word for it. As far as the ggg hate what do you expect man? We took a lot of sheesh from every angle imaginable from the ggg support group and about half of our Mexicans joined you guys so understand that we do have a lot sheet to say to all you clowns that complain about us making threads hating on ggg. Where just doing what anyone would do in this position

So this is because Canelo is Mexican..got it. Finally the root of all this disdain surfaces. 24 razor thin rounds and Golovkin would be a tune up..got it. Some folks just like to homer for their own kind and around here it’s at the heart of so much dislike for anyone that’s a threat. Golovkin and Canelo are nightmares to each other and neither man has convincingly beat the other but now one is a tune up..gotta love it.

Yeah it just might be a tuneup now. GGG waited too long.

              Oh well

and as far as Canelo aging out GGG your dead wrong. Just cuzz gggs clock is ticking dosnt mean anybody has to fight you. GGGs is a clown that played it safe in the ametures and took too long to come into his prime as a pro. Then when he’s 35 all the sudden everybody’s gotta fight you cuz your clock is ticking? I don’t think so homie! Canelo fought him when he ggg finally decided to sign the contract. Had Golovkin been worried about age then he could have accepted the fight 2 years before it actually happened
I think u bumped your head. Golo didnt give up the belt nor pop dirty. Your idol did. Facts dont lie, groupies do.

Couldnt have said it better myself. I cant for the life of me understand why anyone gets off because a fighter is a certain ethnicity. Foh with that bs. Skills are skills, at least debate that. Not because hes mexican or black or whateverthefu.ck ethnicity they are.

24 rounds and really nothing to separate the 2, yet homeboy is a tune up.....kids these days

I’m one of few who said he felt Golovkin lost that fight just like I am one of many who saw Canelo lose that first fight to Golovkin and the second fight not being anywhere near a blowout as you folk like to try and paint it. Funny though you ignored everything else I said though. And yes just like war Ruiz and yourself we have folks here who will rewrite history and justify anything Canelo does simply because he’s Mexican as you damn near admitted before.

Dude folks up here try to paint themselves like if they are objectively boxing fans when they aren’t. You watch them long enough and it’s glaringly obvious and when you call them out it’s just laughable but but but I said a kind thing about such and such and he’s not that race..what they left out is he’s the opponent for the I hate because he’s a threat to the guy I ethnically relate to. Nothing wrong with supporting a Mexican, black, Asian, or whatever but to only support that makes you a piece of shhh in my opinion.
