PBC has the biggest roster so it’s happening more often with their fighters. So they are getting the most scrutiny right now. Like I said I don’t necessarily like it but I understand the logic behind the decision making. I’m not one of those this guy is scared people. Even if I don’t support a fighter. These guys are professionals and I don’t believe they’re scared of any fighter.

I have never said a fighter is scared, am I have never said they shouldn’t have their own business model. I just know their business model isn’t good for the sport currently, and I would NEVER back it. Just because i accuse these boxer of ducking doesn’t mean I think they would lose, and it doesn’t mean I think they are scared. Like I have always maintained I think these boxers are poorly manipulated, and this is the new way of enslaving this uneducated boxers.

I agree with that. I also agree with the boxers being unionized point you made earlier. I think that would go a long way to solving some of the problems.

Those were the days, one of the first fights I stayed up to watch as a kid was Marvelous Marvin Hagler vs Sugar Ray Leonard.
It was a special time to be a fan of the sport.

Boxing fans should get together and Create their own Championship. Take back control of the sport.

A 'not for profit' organisation where the fans decide who fights who, when and for what purse.
The attendance will always be maximised as the fans decide what the fight is worth.
The real grass roots peoples championship, the only one that matters.

This is one of the saddest post I have seen, this is the new age of boxing fans. Now boxing fans are like this above ^^^^^. “They saved Matchroom card” not Ruiz got a chance at a title shot for himself and good money for his career.... it’s “They saved” SMDH.

When Miller failed, who did Hearn call? His "Plan B" was Ortiz or Ruiz, even though he had Hunter and Hrgovic available to him in his own stable. I'll just leave it there because I have a bit of respect for you too!

You know how it goes-posters like that seem to always ignore when PBC works with other promoters so they can fit everything that happens into the narrative that PBC is bad.

The Haymon model seems to be make sure you pay his fighters a fair amount. When Hearn or Arum uses that same model its fine. When Haymon does it suddenly ts bad for the sport.

The only way certain posters will be happy is if Haymon takes whatever offer is given to his fighters while willingly giving the opponent all the advantages.

These posters will only give Haymon credit for making the sport better by letting the guys they like have an easier chance to win.

What's even funnier, is they keep with the narrative of "Al Haymon won't let..." which is funny because if you just look at MatchRoom's roster, how many were rocking with PBC? Jacobs, Miller, Hunter, Farmer, and Mikey, i'm sure. How many offers did Hearn make to other PBC fighters? I know definitely Wilder and the Charlo Brothers! Now imagine that? He doesn't even protect them from other promoters' offers! Oscar was ready to lawyer up because Kingry was at a Mayweather party! Arum would sue faster than anyone, if Haymon even called Crawford to wish him Happy Birthday! They just can't understand the loyalty! It drives them crazy. They hate seeing this Brother winning!

Plus you never explained the "Haymon/PBC" model in the first place, so I guess it is irrelevant. All I know is Haymon has let plenty of his fighters headline fights on other platforms, and I haven't seen many other promoters allow their fighters to headline a PBC card.
